The XSTO US210G is designed for operators who require both flexibility and enhanced safety when transporting loads across stairs and flat surfaces. Like the US210E, it features a detachable stair climbing module, allowing the powered unit to be quickly removed and converted into a lightweight manual hand truck for ground-level transport.

With a rated load capacity of 210kg, the US210G is well suited to handling appliances, cartons, and general freight. Its powered stair climbing system uses a lifting foot mechanism to move step-by-step up and down stairs, providing controlled and stable operation. Selectable climbing speeds allow the operator to match performance to the load and environment.

A key feature of the US210G is its step-edge detection braking system, which automatically engages when approaching stair edges. This provides an additional layer of safety and control, particularly when descending stairs or handling heavier or more valuable loads. Compared to the US210E, this feature reduces reliance on operator judgement and improves overall confidence during operation.

Despite this added functionality, the unit remains lightweight and portable. The main unit weighs approximately 16kg in hand truck mode and around 28.5kg when configured as a powered stair climber, making it easy to lift in and out of a truck between stair climbs while still delivering strong performance.

Powered by a lithium-ion battery system, the US210G provides excellent endurance, capable of climbing approximately 1,620–1,944 steps (around 90–120 floors) on a single charge. This ensures reliable operation throughout the day with minimal downtime.

Custom Trolleys from the initial inquiry were keen to listen and understand our innovation need to resolve the safety, high labour and time consuming task of movement of high volumes of bed linen to multiple accommodation facilities while transiting up & down multiple levels of stairwells. This lead to on site discussions and reviews to understand the obstacles resulting in the timely production of trail equipment.
